Eight treatments, one approach. Tell your therapist what hurts and how hard to push, and the session is shaped around that. Sessions run from forty minutes to two hours, seven days a week.

Thai Combination Massage

The oldest technique we offer and still the most complete. Your therapist works along the body's energy lines with palms, thumbs, and forearms, then guides you through assisted stretches that open the hips, hamstrings, and spine. You finish loose, tall, and oddly energized rather than sleepy.

Deep Tissue Massage

For the knot that has outlasted every stretch and foam roller you own. Slow, deliberate pressure works through the surface layers into the muscle underneath, holding steady until the tissue softens. Expect it to be intense in places and expect real relief the next morning.

Swedish Massage

The classic, and the right call when you simply need to switch off. Long gliding strokes follow the flow of blood back toward the heart while steady kneading loosens everything in between. Nothing sharp, nothing sudden, just an hour of your shoulders slowly dropping.

Hot Stone Massage

Smooth basalt stones are heated and placed along the spine, then glided across the back and shoulders in slow sweeps. Warmth travels further into the muscle than hands can reach on their own, so tension that normally needs several visits tends to let go in one.

Sport Massage

Built for bodies that get used hard. Brisk, purposeful work through quads, calves, hamstrings, and shoulders flushes out heavy legs and restores range after a big training week. Book it two days before an event, or the morning after a hard one, whichever you need more.

Not Sure Which One You Need?

Most people book by name and hope for the best. You do not have to. Call, tell us where it hurts and what you have already tried, and we will point you at the right treatment and the right length. If that turns out to be a shorter, cheaper session, we will say so.

Good to Know

Frequently Asked Questions

I have never had a Thai massage. Is it a strange first experience?

Not at all, and you can say so when you book. Thai work involves assisted stretching rather than oil and gliding strokes, so you stay clothed in loose gear. Your therapist explains each movement and eases into it at your pace.

What is the difference between deep tissue and Thai combination?

Deep tissue uses firm, static pressure to break down specific knots, and you stay lying down. Thai combination adds assisted stretching, so your therapist moves your limbs through gentle ranges. Pick deep tissue for a stubborn spot, Thai for all-over stiffness.

Which session length should I book?

Forty minutes suits one problem area, like a stiff neck. Sixty covers the full body at a steady pace. Seventy-five is the one most guests settle on, enough time to work properly without rushing the finish. Ninety and one hundred twenty go deeper again.

Can I book a massage while pregnant?

Yes, from the second trimester onward. Our prenatal session is side-lying and fully cushioned, with gentle pressure on the lower back, hips, and legs. Let us know how far along you are when you book so the room is set up before you arrive.

Do you take walk-ins?

Often, yes, though evenings and weekends fill up. Booking ahead guarantees your time and lets you pick your therapist. If you are nearby and hoping for something now, call and we will tell you honestly what is free.

How do I pay, and do you take card?

Payment happens in the studio at the end of your session, not online when you book. Card and cash are both fine. Gratuity is never expected, always appreciated, and easiest in cash if you would like to leave one.
